Welcome to Resellerbot ("Resellerbot," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Resellerbot is an informational deal-alert service. We monitor publicly available clearance and deal sources, compare items against current eBay listing prices, and send you Telegram notifications about items that may be resellable for a profit. The service provides information and estimates only.
Resellerbot is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart, eBay, Slickdeals, DealNews, Ben's Bargains, Telegram, or any other retailer or platform referenced. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You can cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy below).
We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Deal sources, third-party APIs, and delivery channels can change or fail, and the number of deals found will vary (including periods with no deals). We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resellerbot is not liable for any losses, lost profits, purchases, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.

This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Solely to operate the service: to deliver deal alerts to your Telegram, manage your subscription and billing, apply your filter preferences, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize it. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing and alerts.
This website itself does not use tracking cookies for advertising. Our payment pages are hosted by Stripe, which uses cookies necessary for secure checkout.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal (or by contacting us). When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Because Resellerbot is a digital service delivered continuously, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Cancelling simply prevents future charges.
That said, if you were charged in error, experienced a genuine technical problem that prevented the service from working, or have any billing concern, email us at resellerbot@outlook.com and we'll review it fairly and in good faith.
